Personal Matters Disagreements Rule — Vote Results

Corrected: see Personal Matters Disagreements Rule — Correction below. Both Option 1 and Option 2 are available.

Hello everyone,

Here are the results of the Personal Matters Disagreements Rule vote held on September 22, 2026.

ALLIANCE VOTE RESULTS

Alliance Vote
PLSH YES

AATA YES
LGD1 YES
NLTs YES
IWLL YES
DABO YES
UPEX YES

UVT YES

FINAL VOTE: 11 YES

OPTION 1 — YES

OPTION 2 — NO

PERSONAL MATTERS DISAGREEMENTS RULE

Option 1: Take It to the Mud

Two players who have a personal disagreement may call each other to the Mud and settle their disagreement through a fight.

Teammates may join, but participation is optional. No one is required to get involved.

Option 2: Comedy Roast War — NOT APPROVED

The proposed Comedy Roast War option was not approved.

The intent of the proposal was to provide a limited, humorous alternative for players who wanted to settle a personal disagreement through words rather than troops. However, Option 2 received a NO vote and is therefore not part of the approved rule.

IMPORTANT: IAPU IS A SEPARATE GOVERNMENT BRANCH

Please read 395rules.com for the server's government structure and applicable rules.

IAPU decisions are made in relation to the security and interests of the server and should not be confused with the Personal Matters Disagreements Rule.

IAPU remains a separate governing body, and any action or decision by IAPU is determined according to its role and responsibilities regarding server security and governance.

Therefore, if you choose to DM IAPU, do so at your own risk and understand that contacting IAPU does not place the matter under the Personal Matters rule.

The purpose of the Personal Matters rule is to address personal disagreements between individual players and prevent those disagreements from unnecessarily becoming server-wide drama.

Thank you.

No Farming During Migration

2026-09-27 19:25 UTC

Hello Server 395,

Due to migration, there will be no farming until further notice.

We want to give our new migrators time to get situated, as many players will be unallianced while they find their new homes and settle into their new alliances.

We kindly ask everyone to refrain from farming during this transition period. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to get everyone settled.

Thank you, Server 395 Leadership

Personal Matters Disagreements Rule — Correction

CORRECTION — PLEASE NOTE

Sorry for the confusion in the original announcement. Both Option 1 and Option 2 are available for personal matters disagreements. Players may choose either option.

Hello everyone,

Here are the results of the Personal Matters Disagreements Rule vote held September 22, 2026.

PERSONAL MATTERS DISAGREEMENTS RULE

Option 1: Take It to the Mud

Two players with a personal disagreement may settle it through a fight in the Mud. Teammates may join, but teammates' participation is optional.

Option 2: Comedy Roast War

Players may settle things with words instead.

  • 5 disses per player in World Chat.
  • No jokes about mothers, family, or real-life personal matters.
  • Server leaders vote on the winner.
  • The loser may be burned by any drunk volunteers willing to carry out the sentence.
  • World Chat comments can be reported and may result in chat bans. Enter at your own risk.

If you're going to fight, make it entertaining.

IMPORTANT: IAPU IS A SEPARATE GOVERNMENT BRANCH

Please read 395rules.com for the server's government structure and applicable rules.

IAPU decisions regarding server security and governance are separate from the Personal Matters Rule.

Contacting or DMing IAPU does not make a matter a personal disagreement between IAPU and the player, nor does it place the matter under this rule.

The Personal Matters Rule applies only to personal disagreements between individual players. IAPU operates separately when matters involve server security and governance.

Thank you.

Migration invites resume in 1 hour

I get off work in an hour and will start approving / inviting new migration. as always, www.395migration.com/approved (must be ont his list)

IMWRONG President of the United States

Migration DONE!

2026-09-29 16:34 UTC

Migration is officially complete, first I want to congratulate and thank everyone who helped make it happen. Also, Everyone in 395 owes Sun a massive thanks, she carried enormous responsibility. It was a huge amount of work with no pay.

For everyone who migrated in, welcome home...

I hope the entire state makes an effort to welcome you, lets help them get settled, and make sure they feel like honorary members of 395 rather than outsiders.

The finished result should make everyone optimistic. PLSH is approaching 30B, AATA is around 25B, BOAR is around 25B, and MeLT is around 24B. NLT & MyM1 not far behind either.

In the past PLSH carried an enormous share of the SVS burden. Now the power is distributed more evenly, and we have multiple massive alliances. But that means other alliances have to share an even bigger responsibility in SVS not just bubble & reinforce.

Greater strength also means greater expectations from alliance leaders. I expect more maturity, and more willingness to put the server ahead of individual alliances. We have too much power, and too much potential now. Don't waste it.

Now we prove what happens when 395 fights together.

Come get some

PLSH vs. SERVER — THE GATES ARE OPEN

At reset today, PLSH is opening its hive for some good old-fashioned chaos and fun.

Event window: After reset today (Holistic) until the next reset. This is an all-day event.

During the event, ALL alliances are welcome to TP to the PLSH hive and attack whoever you want.

No hard feelings. No crying. No “why did you hit me?”

Within the PLSH hive, there are no normal protection rules.

Want to rally? Rally.
Want to surround an HQ with tanks? Do it.
Want to zero someone? Bring it.
Want to defend your friends? Absolutely.
Want to counter-defense? Have fun.

Basically, if you're inside the PLSH hive, you volunteered for the Hunger Games.

PLSH members who don't want to participate can simply bubble

ONE RULE — AND ONLY ONE:

DO NOT FOLLOW PEOPLE ACROSS THE MAP.

If someone gets zeroed, congratulations. Leave them there. No pursuing someone across the map after they leave the PLSH hive

Do NOT chase them across the map. This applies to everyone — including PLSH players who get zeroed AND any attackers who get zeroed . But players are more than welcome to TP back

The goal is to have some fun while we wait for the new season and give everyone a chance to practice attacking, defending, and generally remembering how to press buttons.

REQUEST:

Keep the drama out of DMs.

Use World Chat for communication during the event. Let's keep things public, transparent, and fun instead of turning this into 47 private arguments and 83 screenshots afterward.

So...

PLSH has opened the gates.

Come test your attacks.
Come test our defenses.
Come bring your friends.
Come make questionable tactical decisions.

Good luck!

Players may still attack/TvT other servers during these events on Buster Day.

Alliances may defend their members against attacking farmers through:

  • Reinforcement
  • TvT
  • Zeroing the farmer

Counter-Defense

Members of the attacked farmer may TP to the hive to reinforce their member.
However, counter-defenders may not attack unless they were already actively farming the target hive.

Capital & SVS Assignment Process

2026-10-05 01:12 UTC

This Friday, PLSH will hold the Capital again while alliance ranks are moving and being finalized.

Once the new season begins, the President and Capital holder will rotate among the top five alliances, as outlined in No. 18, Section 5 of 395rules.com.

To help prevent future political dictators, SVS mud assignments will initially be handled by the rotating President or their designated cabinet.

The President/cabinet will share the proposed Capital, turret, and mud assignments with server leaders for input, discussion, and requests. Leaders will have an opportunity to raise concerns or request adjustments based on their alliance's needs.

After considering the input, the rotating President/cabinet will make the final assignments for that SVS.

Capital Rotation Vote Results

The Capital Rotation vote was held on October 7, 2026. Below are the results:

VOTE RESULTS

Alliance Vote
PLSH Option 2
MeLT Option 1
BOAR Option 2
AATA Option 2
NLTs Option 2
MYM1 Option 2
DABO Option 2
UPEX Option 1
KAYI Option 2
SHLD Option 2
UVT Option 2

OPTION 1 — Flexible Top 5 Rotation

  • Capital rotation remains based on the current Top 5 alliance rankings.
  • The rotation schedule adjusts as alliance rankings change.
  • Alliances are not permanently locked into the rotation.
  • If a scheduled alliance falls out of the Top 5 before its turn, the next alliance already scheduled will move forward and take its place.
  • The alliance newly entering the Top 5 will be added to the end of the rotation.
  • The current rotation continues from where it is rather than restarting.

OPTION 2 — Top 3 Rotation ✅

  • Capital will rotate only among the Top 3 alliances.
  • The current rotation will transition to the Top 3 without restarting the schedule.

Current Rule

Per 395rules.com, the Top 5 alliances are currently scheduled to hold Capital through rotation.

However, migration has highlighted the instability of alliances ranked 4–8, with these alliances frequently moving up and down in the rankings. Because of this, a new vote was proposed to determine whether the server should continue with a flexible Top 5 rotation or transition to a Top 3 rotation for server stability.

Final Vote: Option 2 — Top 3 Rotation

Option 2 received the majority of votes (9 to 2). Once the server stabilizes, a new capital rotation may be proposed.

With the new vote results, a new Capital Rotation schedule will be created for Friday based on the updated Top 3 rotation structure.
